Prestigious national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their Labor & Employment group in Century City. This position offers a generous hybrid schedule of 4 days working from home and only 1 day in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and electronically file legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and digital case files.
• Serve as a remote liaison with clients and coordinate case communication and materials.
• Compile and organize discovery, exhibits, evidence, and motion-related documents.
• Support trial teams, settlements, and case closure, with limited onsite support as needed.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.
• Paralegal certificate or associate-level paralegal studies preferred.
• 7+ years of paralegal experience required; employment or labor law experience strongly preferred.
• Must live in California and be able to appear onsite as needed.

Additional Details:

• Compensation: $100k - $120k depending on experience
• Hours: 7.5-hour works days (37.5-hour week)
• Schedule: 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home each week
